   So I have the original base of operations Xbox Ane model from 2013 which comes with an external power brick and I've had it for over 6 years at present. I moved my Xbox to a tranquillity room recently and noticed a really loud grinding dissonance coming from the ability brick and I'chiliad not
   certain what the event is. It only starts to happen after around two hours of playtime and so i assume its something to do with overheating and the fan not working properly. I have diddled into the air vents with a can of compressed air simply the issue still persists.
   I can't go a replacement because it seems like the Xbox 1 power bricks aren't sold by Microsoft anymore because the newer ones accept it congenital in and then I don't know what to practise. Does anyone take any advice? Thanks.

   The power brick on my Xbox 360 Slim used to make a loud grinding dissonance when I had it from new. To stop the dissonance I used to pick upwards the brick and requite it a few hard taps with the palm of my hand. One time I did that information technology didn't make any noise for the duration of
   that play session until then next time the machine was switched on once more.

   Strangely enough, I never had the brick replaced and it at present it no longer makes whatever noise. If you are concerned though and you lot tin't go the brick be quite you should take up a repair request with Microsoft Support to get it replaced.
